At RoamFi, we are committed to providing a secure and seamless payment experience. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, security measures, and terms regarding currency and billing.

1. Accepted Payment Methods We currently support a wide range of secure payment options to ensure a smooth checkout process for all orders:

Credit & Debit Cards: We accept major international card providers including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and UnionPay.

Digital Wallets (Express Checkout): for a faster checkout experience, you can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.

PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal balance or linked bank accounts/cards via the PayPal secure checkout.

2. Payment Security Your security is our top priority. RoamFi employs industry-standard security measures to protect your financial information:

SSL Encryption: All transactions are processed over a secure connection using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

PCI Compliance: Our payment processing partners are fully PCI-DSS compliant.

No Data Storage: RoamFi does not store your full credit card number or CVV code on our servers. Your payment data is tokenized and processed directly by our secure payment gateways.

3. Payment Timing

Immediate Charge: Since our products are digital (eSIMs) and delivered almost instantly, your payment method will be charged immediately upon clicking the "Pay" or "Complete Order" button.

Order Generation: The eSIM QR code and activation details are generated only after the payment is successfully captured.

4. Currency and Conversion Fees

Transaction Currency: All prices on the RoamFi website are displayed in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise selected or geo-localized.

Exchange Rates: If your credit card, digital wallet, or PayPal account is funded in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider will apply their own exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Foreign Transaction Fees: RoamFi is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your card issuer or bank.

5. Payment Failures & Troubleshooting If your payment is declined, please check the following:

Information Accuracy: Ensure your card number, expiration date, billing address, and CVV code are correct.

International Restrictions: Ensure your card is enabled for international/online transactions (as our payment gateway operates globally).

Funds: Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit limit.

If the issue persists, we recommend trying a different card, using a digital wallet (Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal), or contacting your bank for authorization.

6. Fraud Protection & Chargebacks

Verification: To prevent unauthorized use, our system may automatically flag suspicious transactions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Disputes: If you do not recognize a charge from RoamFi, please contact our support team at support@myroamfi.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We are often able to resolve the issue (such as locating a forgotten order) within 24 hours. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your RoamFi account.

7. Taxes Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the product price may not include local taxes (such as VAT or GST) mandated by your country of residence. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes associated with the purchase.
